DT 101:             SAMBURU BY AIR

 

 

Day 01: Nairobi - Samburu

Collected from your City hotel and transferred to Wilson Airport for schedule flight to Samburu National Reserve. On arrival at the Samburu airstrip, met and transferred to Samburu Intrepids Club.

Afternoon game viewing drive in this well known game reserve. Lunch, dinner and overnight at Samburu Intrepids Club.

 

Day 02: Samburu

Morning and afternoon game viewing in the Park.

All meals and overnight at Samburu Intrepids Club.

 

Day 03: Samburu - Nairobi

After breakfast, transfer to the airstip for schedule return flight to Nairobi.  On arrival at Wilson Airport, met and transferred to your Nairobi Hotel (use of room is excluded).

DT 102: AMBOSELI BY AIR

 

 

Day 1. Nairobi - Amboseli

Distance: 95 miles (Flight time: 45mins)

Collected from your Nairobi hotel and transfer to Wilson Airport at 0630 hrs to take the early morning flight  to Amboseli. On arrival immediately depart for game viewing around the swamps of this savannah grassland under the shadow of Mt Kilimanjaro.  Further game viewing in the afternoon.  Escorted game walk also included.  Dinner & overnight at TORTILIS CAMP.

 

Day 2. Amboseli - Nairobi

Breakfast at the Camp.  Transfer to the airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi.  On arrival at Wilson Airport, met and transferred to your Nairobi Hotel (use of room is excluded).

 

Remarks: Luggage allowance is 15 kg/per person on light aircraft.

Extra Night at Amboseli Tortilis Camp inclusive of game drives & park fees;

DT 103:             MAASAI MARA BY AIR

 

 

Day 01: Nairobi - Masai Mara

Collected from your City hotel and transferred to Wilson Airport for schedule 45 minutes flight to Maasai Mara National Reserve, departing at 10.00hrs (morning) or 15.00hrs (afternoon).

On arrival at the Mara airstrip, met and transferred to Mara Safari Club.

Lunch at the Club (morning flight option only). Afternoon game viewing drive in this well known game reserve.  Dinner and overnight at Mara Safari Club.

 

Day 02: Maasai Mara

Full day of game viewing in the Park.

All meals and overnight at Mara Safari Club.

(Optional - experience a hot-air dawn Balloon ride over the Mara plains or fly to the nearby Lake Victoria for half day game fishing).

 

Day 03: Maasai Mara - Nairobi

Dawn game drive prior to breakfast.

 

Option I (for clients who arrived either in the morning or afternoon on day 01): - Morning transfer to the airstip for schedule return 01 hour flight to Nairobi, departing at 11.00hrs.  On arrival at Wilson Airport, met and transferred to your Nairobi Hotel (use of room is excluded).

 

Option II (for clients who arrived either in the afternoon on day 01): - Use of tents in the Mara until 10.00hrs only.  Late morning game drive with lunch at the Camp/Club.  Afternoon transfer to the airstrip for scheduled return 01 hour flight to Nairobi, departing at 16.00hrs.  On arrival at Wilson Airport, met and transferred to your Nairobi Hotel (use of room is excluded).

Afternoon game viewing . Lunch dinner amd overnight at Finch Hattons.

 

Day 2. Tsavo West

Morning and afternoon game viewing in the park.

Day 3. Tsavo West – Nairobi

After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for schedule return flight to Nairobi. On arrival at Wilson.

Day 1. Nairobi – Meru

Collected from your City hotel and transferred to Wilson Airport for schedule flight to Meru National Park. On arrival, met and transferred to Elsa`s Kopje.

Afternoon game viewing drive in the park with a guided walk. Lunch dinner and overnight at Elsa`s Kopje.

 

Day 2. Meru

Morning and afternoon game viewing in the park with a guided walk.

All meals and overnight at Elsa`s Kopje.

 

Day 3. Meru – Nairobi

After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for schedule return flight to Nairobi. On arrival at Wilson.

Day 1:              Nairobi - Lamu

Distance: 295 miles (Flight time: 2 hrs.)

Collected from your Nairobi hotel.  Transfer from your Nairobi hotel to Wilson airport for flight to Lamu at 12.15 hrs. On arrival transfer by boat to PEPONI HOTEL / KIJANI HOUSE for overnight accommodation.

 

Day 2:              Lamu

Day at leisure to discover this exotic paradise one of the oldest arabic settlements along the eastern coast of africa. The inhabitants of this island have managed to preserve and maintain its architecture, culture and traditions to the present day. Overnight at PEPONI HOTEL / KIJANI HOUSE.

 

Day 3:              Lamu - Nairobi

Afternoon transfer by boat to Manda Island and return flight to Nairobi.  On arrival at Wilson Airport, transfer to your Nairobi hotel (use of roo is excluded).

 

Remarks:  only 15 kg. permitted on light aircraft.

Distance: 295 miles (Flight time: 2 hrs.)

Collected from your Nairobi hotel.  Transfer from your Nairobi hotel to Wilson airport for flight to Kiwayu at 12.15 hrs. On arrival transfer to KIWAYU SAFARI VILLAGE for dinner and overnight accommodation.

 

Day 2:              Kiwayu

Day at leisure for activities included in the package. All meal and overnight at KIWAYU SAFARI VILLAGE.

 

Day 3:              Kiwayu - Nairobi

Breakfast and lunch at Kiwayu.  Afternoon transfer to the airstrip for return flight to Nairobi.  On arrival at Wilson Airport, transfer to your Nairobi hotel (use of room is excluded).

 

Remarks:  only 15 kg. permitted on light aircraft.
