Kenya: the Land of Safari packages
Kenya is composed of
different landscape and cultures,
which offer a unique beautiful
blend. In the north is the semi arid
desert areas occupied by the Turkana
and Pokot; a group of nomadic tribes
whose culture has not been affected
much by the outside world, then
there is the Rift Valley stretching
from Tanzania in south through to
Ethiopia. Here evidence of Early-man
was first found by Dr. Leakey and
his team of Archeologists.
Kenya also has quite a number of L
akes, these include Lake Victoria in
west of Kenya, Lake Naivasha, Lake
Nakuru, Lake Baringo etc. With the
second highest peak in Africa, that
is Mount Kenya, the country lies a
high altitude above sea level in
most areas.
